We are the Inner West Film Fest. Please note that throughout these terms when we mention “we”, “us”, “our” etc., we mean Inner West Film Fest. When we refer to “you” we mean the user and/or browser of our website.

By accessing our website, your acceptance of these terms and conditions is inferred, with the date of acceptance corresponding to your initial use of the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, it is imperative that you discontinue using our website promptly.

Please be advised that we retain the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically, and such modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on the website. Your ongoing use of the site signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of any alterations made to the terms and conditions.

It is crucial to highlight that our overarching principle is centred on the notion that we only collect and retain your 'personal data' to facilitate the enhancement of your customer relationship with the Inner West Film Fest website.

TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cards – We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We do not accept American Express.

​

Fees – All online and phone transactions incur a non-refundable.

​

Refunds – In the event that any event is cancelled, the full value will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for purchase. Flexipass holders will receive a replacement voucher – no refunds are made on Flexipasses.

Exchanges –Exchanges can be made up until 24 hour prior to the session start time. You cannot exchange a session after this time. 

​

Concessions – Available to full-time students, pensioners and seniors. 

​

Tickets – Ticket prices and allocation are valid at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

​

Classification – No one under 18 is admitted to 18+ films. Children under 15 will only be admitted to 15+ films with a parent or guardian. Most films in the Family section are classified for All Ages, but please note age recommendations for each film.
